Parking Management Plan
- No residential on-site parking will provided, however 22 accessible parking spaces will be provided for residents with disabilities
- 20% of all parking spaces will come forward with electric vehicle charging points, with further scope for more charging points available in the future
- Residents without disabilities will not be permitted to obtain residents’ parking permits for the local area, as per contractual agreement
Servicing & Deliveries Management Plan
- New Acres North will come forward with two loading bays along Smugglers Way
- Building Management will take deliveries for residents who are not at home – this service will be available from initial occupation
- Residents will be able to coordinate with the Residential Travel Plan Coordinator on bespoke servicing, such as moving in/out, or taking delivery of large items – this service will be available from initial occupation
- One ground floor refuse store will be provided for each residential block with waste containers provided
